Engineering Manager

The Engineering Manager oversees production flow, product floor layouts, and labor reduction efforts while managing the design and development of fixtures, tooling, and processes to enhance manufacturing efficiency. This role involves leading process equipment and automation projects, ensuring manufacturing engineering projects align with company goals, and supporting product design engineering and production during new product hand-offs. The position requires managing operations, maintenance, and improvement of grounds, facilities, vehicles, and equipment through the support of the facilities and maintenance team.
