Engineering Operations Execution Manager

Peraton is seeking an Engineering Operations Execution Manager to supervise the engineering staff of the BNATCS Architecture & Systems Engineering Execution pillar, supporting the modernization of the Federal Aviation Administration's National Airspace System. The role involves driving the day-to-day operations for approximately 30 engineers, managing performance, workforce planning, and resource allocation within a flat organizational structure. This position requires strong leadership judgment and operational discipline to sustain integration across functional groups and partner with director-level leadership on hiring and succession.
