This role supports the Chief Engineer in managing the daily operations and maintenance of all hotel engineering systems, plant, and facilities at Avani Barbarons Seychelles Resort. The position involves overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance, supervising the engineering team, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sustainability standards. It requires coordinating with contractors, managing projects, and providing technical support to ensure optimal guest comfort and operational efficiency.
