Engineering Personnel

Under the direction of the Director, Facilities & Engineering, this role performs high-level preventive maintenance and repair of the facility across various trade disciplines. The position involves maintaining laundry and kitchen equipment, testing fire alarms and emergency generators, and performing seasonal snow removal and exterior cleanup. The role requires a high aptitude for mechanical systems and the ability to interpret building drawings and schematic diagrams.
