About this role

The Engineering Program Manager will lead complex, cross-functional programs within Lucid's Perception and Mapping organization to deliver perception and mapping capabilities for next-generation ADAS and autonomous driving systems. The role coordinates across engineering, validation, systems, and product teams to define scope, schedules, and success metrics, ensures integration into production programs, and supports prototype and pre-production validation activities. The manager communicates program status and risks to stakeholders and executive leadership and promotes program management best practices.
