Engineering Project Coordinator

The Engineering Project Coordinator independently executes routine administrative and permitting activities for the Engineering Department, freeing Design Managers and engineers to focus on technical design and project delivery. This nontechnical support role owns assigned administrative deliverables from intake through completion, including managing project intake, coordinating with authorities having jurisdiction, and maintaining document control. The position ensures timely completion of administrative tasks while adhering to defined boundaries for project management and engineering decisions.
