Engineering Project Manager

This role oversees the complete lifecycle of new projects, from initial design reviews and tooling development through to successful production launch. The position requires managing program timelines, budgets, and costs while ensuring all documentation, including Master Control Plans and BOMs, is accurate and compliant. Key responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and customers, driving root cause analysis for quality issues, and maintaining injection mold preventative maintenance programs.
