Engineering Services Coordinator

The Engineering Services Coordinator supports the Newmarket Engineering Services team by coordinating compliance activities, audit readiness, project administration, purchasing support, and day-to-day operational follow-up. This role works closely with test developers, project managers, engineering leadership, customers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure development milestones, quality requirements, documentation, and purchasing activities are completed accurately and on schedule. The successful candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a technical environment, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and strong follow-through.
