Engineering Superintendent

The Engineering Superintendent provides overall factory project management and engineering activities, including special projects, to achieve established objectives. This role ensures the maintenance of the 5-year capital plan, oversees current year projects, and manages multiple capital projects simultaneously. The position involves strategic planning, budgeting, construction management, and mentoring engineering interns and co-op students.
