About this role

The Engineering Supervisor will lead a design team of 3‑5 engineers to support production line sustainment, approve airframe changes, and drive development of primary and secondary aircraft structural parts using sheet metal, billet metal, and composite materials. The role coordinates across program, project, manufacturing, quality, and stress departments, manages technical solutions from concept through production, and mentors staff while contributing to performance and compensation strategies.
