Engineering Supervisor - Embedded Software

This role involves supervising a Software Engineering group of up to 25 engineers responsible for developing complex, reliable software systems for Virginia and Columbia class submarines. The supervisor manages the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, integration, testing, and delivery, while ensuring quality, cost, and schedule performance. Key duties include resource allocation, personnel training, technical direction, and process improvement in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
