Engineering Supervisor

The Engineering Supervisor at Westin BWI is responsible for maintaining all building-related systems and the building envelope to ensure the safety of hotel guests, associates, and vendors. This role involves ensuring compliance with company standards, preventative maintenance programs, and all relevant building, fire, and health department codes while striving for maximum energy efficiency. The position requires overseeing the Engineering Department in the absence of the Chief Engineer and managing various building systems including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and life safety.
