Engineering Support Services Director

This role provides strategic leadership and technical oversight for all engineering functions supporting PSA Airlines' fleet, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and operational reliability. The position serves as the airline's technical authority, leading cross-functional efforts to resolve complex engineering challenges and optimize fleet performance. The incumbent partners with internal stakeholders, OEMs, and regulatory agencies to drive continuous improvement and maintain compliance with FAA requirements.
