Engineering Technical Lead

The Engineering Technical Lead drives and manages a fast-paced, customer-focused test and experimentation team, designing, testing, and integrating complex software and hardware systems for mission-critical DoD environments. This hands-on role requires leading a team to architect and deliver sophisticated systems onboard Navy assets while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The position involves interfacing with senior warfighters and government sponsors to resolve complex operational issues during high-visibility test events.
