Engineering Technician III

The Engineering Technician III performs advanced technical work supporting the planning, design, construction, inspection, and maintenance of municipal infrastructure, including streets, drainage, water, wastewater, and related systems. This position independently performs complex field and office assignments, coordinates assigned projects, and serves as a senior technical resource to engineering staff and lower-level technicians. The role involves working closely with engineers, consultants, contractors, utilities, and other City departments to resolve technical and field issues and ensure projects are completed in accordance with approved plans, City standards, specifications, schedules, and applicable regulatory requirements.
