Engineering Technician

The Engineering Technician provides hands-on technical support to the Process Engineering and Operations teams in the development, improvement, documentation, and maintenance of manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, and production systems. Working under the direction of the Process Engineer, the role supports testing, data collection, process troubleshooting, equipment and process improvement activities, technical documentation, and production-floor problem solving. The position works cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, and Operations to ensure effective production operations.
