The role involves collaborating with product development teams to build and evaluate new product concepts, construct prototypes, and troubleshoot design issues. The position requires conducting lab, shop, and field tests, analyzing results, and performing fabrication, welding, and machining tasks. The ideal candidate will have an associate degree or equivalent experience, along with 3+ years of relevant experience in fabrication, welding, manufacturing, testing, or product development.
