This role supports the development and launch of new or improved safety products using the Stage-Gate process, managing engineering deliverables such as specifications, costs, and timing targets. The position requires cross-functional collaboration with testing, manufacturing, quality, and program management teams to ensure product feasibility and successful launch. Responsibilities include producing engineering documentation, executing validation testing, and interfacing with customers and suppliers to resolve technical issues. The ideal candidate has a background in mechanical or automotive engineering with experience in product development and validation.
