This role serves as the City's field representative, overseeing Public Works and private development construction while providing quality assurance oversight on projects performed by the City and contractors. The position involves managing City projects, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring compliance with storm water quality, OSHA, and right-of-way regulations. The incumbent will coordinate activities in city right-of-way, easements, and flood plains, and may inspect rights-of-way and issue citations for violations.
