This role is a research or product technology position focused on designing and improving electron-beam imaging systems for the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem. Candidates will work on light and electron optics, vacuum systems, and detection algorithms to address complex technical challenges in wafer inspection. The position requires extensive travel to customer sites in Asia and participation in training at global offices.
