Enhancement Manager

The Enhancement Manager schedules and directs personnel and resources to deliver quality, cost-effective landscape enhancement services to clients. This role supports Account Managers in estimating, design, and client meetings, oversees a commercial landscape portfolio, and is responsible for training and developing service teams. The position involves managing all aspects of landscape enhancement services, including coordination of materials, equipment, and subcontractors, while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
