ENL Telesitter Program

This position provides continuous observation via video and two-way audio, offering psychological supportive services and surveillance for assigned patients. The role involves verbally redirecting patients from at-risk behaviors and alerting nursing staff when assistance is required. Staff must maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to hospital policies while ensuring patient safety.
