This role serves as the primary point of contact for prospective families, guiding them through the enrollment process from initial inquiry to final enrollment across multiple New Creations locations. The specialist manages inbound communications, schedules facility tours, and helps families select the best childcare program to meet their needs. Success in this position is measured by lead conversion rates, tour show rates, and overall enrollment growth.
