Enrollment & Operations Specialist

The Enrollment & Operations Specialist bridges family recruitment and school operations at Rooted School, leading student outreach and application management during peak recruitment season. Outside of peak recruitment, the role transitions to managing PowerSchool data systems and supporting ongoing family engagement and school-wide operational initiatives. This position requires a relationship-driven professional comfortable building community connections and managing back-end systems to ensure accurate and compliant school operations.
