Enrollment Specialist

The Enrollment Specialist will manage the enrollment process for the Fair Fares program, meeting with consumers at walk‑in locations, reviewing and authenticating documentation, and entering data into the enrollment database. The role also involves answering consumer questions, coordinating community outreach, and ensuring applications are complete and submitted accurately.
