The advisor plays a leadership role in designing service programs, making strategic recommendations, and managing complex adjudication processes for awards and financial holds.

Responsibilities

Guide students through their entire educational experience and enrollment process
Provide professional advice on financial support, admissions, and tuition matters
Design and evaluate student service programs and establish service standards
Adjudicate complex requests for financial holds, exceptions, and award eligibility
Lead team members and supervise staff and student employees
