Enrolment Services Representative

The Enrolment Services Representative serves as the first point of contact for students and other client groups, handling inquiries, registrations, payments, and record updates across in‑person, phone, and email channels. The role ensures accurate processing of student documentation, facilitates use of self‑service applications, and provides high‑quality customer service while supporting the Office of the Registrar’s administrative functions.
