Ent Help Desk Technician

The Ent Help Desk Technician provides first-level support for personal computer equipment, operating system software, and company-standard desktop applications for MDU Resources and its family of companies. This role focuses on building trusted customer relationships through support and education while meeting enterprise service desk productivity and quality standards. The technician independently manages incoming calls, chats, and self-service requests, prioritizing safety in all day-to-day work routines.
