Enterprise Administrator – Systems

This role is responsible for assessing, designing, implementing, and supporting complex enterprise Network and Unified Communications solutions, with a strong focus on telephony, collaboration, and modern UC technologies. The position serves as a senior technical resource for enterprise telephony, Microsoft Teams, contact centre, and related technologies while providing technical leadership in solution evaluation and integration. It involves supporting enterprise network technologies, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring system availability, performance, and security. The role also includes participating in operational support, working with vendors, and maintaining technical standards and documentation.
