Enterprise AI Platform Integration & Support Lead

This role owns the technical build-out and operation of enterprise AI platform integrations, including identity, connectors, and control-plane guardrails across multiple vendors. The position leads the AI support and enablement function, managing user onboarding, adoption, and stakeholder relationships while serving as the primary escalation point for platform defects. The role also partners with development teams on build-operate-transfer processes and maintains observability pipelines for monitoring and governance.
