The Enterprise AI Programs & Governance Specialist acts as a central operating partner to senior leaders, ensuring AI initiatives align with strategy and deliver value across the organization. This role facilitates cross-functional collaboration between IT, product, and business units while maintaining governance frameworks and reporting on portfolio health. The position requires driving intake processes, shaping operating models, and managing dependencies to keep the enterprise AI program moving with discipline.

Responsibilities

Partner with IT and business units to move AI initiatives from intake through adoption.
Define criteria for AI initiatives to progress through governance gates.
Maintain governance frameworks including review standards and decision documentation.
Shape prioritization methodologies in partnership with technical product managers.
Report portfolio health status, risks, and tradeoffs to senior leadership.
