Enterprise AI Security Advisor

The Enterprise AI Security Advisor leads Eli Lilly's strategy for securing AI systems across the enterprise, including commercial AI assistants, internally built agents, and third-party models. This hands-on senior technical leadership role involves assessing current security postures, identifying critical gaps, and implementing effective controls to ensure safe AI deployment. The Advisor will define security requirements, develop testing and assurance processes, and provide guidance to leadership on emerging AI risks and investment priorities.
