Enterprise Change Enablement Strategy

This role leads the enterprise Change Enablement practice within People & Talent, establishing standards, methods, and governance routines to support large-scale transformations. The incumbent designs adoption and readiness plans, enables leaders to communicate change effectively, and provides executive reporting on change saturation and value realization. The position requires partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across AI, integration, and operating model initiatives while managing practice governance and flexible capacity.
