About this role

The Enterprise Epic Architect is a senior technical leadership role responsible for the strategic design, governance, and optimization of Reid Health's enterprise Epic analytics ecosystem, with a primary focus on the Epic Cogito analytics stack, Epic Cosmos, and Epic Agent Factory. This role serves as the enterprise authority on Epic data architecture, predictive modeling enablement, and analytics governance, ensuring infrastructure is scalable, secure, well governed, and aligned with organizational strategy across clinical, operational, and financial domains. The Enterprise Epic Architect partners closely with Epic application teams, enterprise data analytics, IT infrastructure, compliance, and executive leadership to build a unified, trusted, and high performing analytics foundation.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain enterprise architecture for Epic Cogito analytics suite
Architect data foundation to support predictive modeling and advanced analytics initiatives
Lead enterprise strategy for leveraging Epic Cosmos and Agent Factory automation solutions

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or a related fieldEpic Cogito certification(s) (Clarity and/or Caboodle Data Model Certification)
