About this role
An Enterprise Human Factors Investigator at Boeing works within the Human Factors Engineering Functional Chief Engineer Office to drive strategic HFE initiatives and special projects across Boeing’s business units. The role supports the Technical Strategy Leader and senior technical leaders to identify emerging human-factors issues, research solutions, and develop enterprise-level recommendations. Positions may focus on flight decks or span the full product lifecycle across commercial and defense platforms. This is a high-visibility, onsite role that partners with program teams and business-unit leaders to advance Boeing’s HFE capabilities.
