About this role

This role is part of Samsara’s Enterprise Customer Success Implementation team and focuses on deploying and driving adoption of Samsara’s IoT solutions for large fleet and industrial customers. The individual will own customer relationships post-sale, ensure successful system implementations, and act as a cross-functional liaison between Sales, Support, Engineering, and Product. The position supports customers across industries such as transportation, utilities, and education and requires a customer-first mindset and strong consultative skills.
