The Enterprise Implementation Specialist will lead the end-to-end rollout and adoption of Fellow’s AI meeting assistant for large, complex enterprise customers, managing multi‑department deployments, technical integrations, and change‑management programs. The role serves as the primary post‑sale contact, coordinating with IT, security, procurement, and executive stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and drive expansion opportunities.
