The Enterprise IT Support Engineer I – A/V provides technical support and oversight for A/V equipment and A/V-enabled spaces, including conference room Microsoft Teams Rooms, training rooms, and auditoriums. This hybrid role also supports network requirements related to AV systems and participates in integrated systems and live event operations. The position involves working with internal and external customers and supporting environments covered by federal contracts.
