Enterprise Observability Platform Engineering

This role serves as the senior subject matter expert for enterprise observability, defining architectures, standards, and reusable solutions across cloud and on-premises infrastructure. The position involves leading the adoption of OpenTelemetry, designing telemetry pipelines, and establishing governance for metrics, logs, and traces to improve platform reliability and cost efficiency. Additionally, the role drives automation and AIOps capabilities to reduce alert fatigue and advance operations from reactive monitoring to proactive and predictive strategies.
