About this role

The Enterprise Payments Governance & Operations Lead will establish and scale Caterpillar's Enterprise Payments Center of Excellence, operationalizing governance frameworks, decision processes, and standards across business units, geographies, and channels. This role partners with Treasury, Tax, Legal, ERP, Finance, Product, Architecture, and Digital teams to ensure consistent, compliant, and scalable payment decisions enterprise‑wide.

Responsibilities

Own and operate the Enterprise Payments governance framework
Lead intake and governance review process for payment initiatives
Establish and manage governance processes for PSP selection and standards adoption
