Enterprise Resiliency Lead

This role supports the development and execution of the resiliency strategy for the Payments Enablement Platform, ensuring critical payment services remain resilient, recoverable, and compliant with regulatory expectations. The position acts as the primary point of coordination for day-to-day resiliency activities across Payments technology, operations, product, risk, and business stakeholders. It involves leading execution of resiliency programs, coordinating response efforts during major incidents, and overseeing resiliency governance processes.
