Enterprise Risk & Compliance Manager

This Sydney-based role leads and manages the enterprise risk culture, accountability, and risk capability components of the ASX Enterprise Risk Management Framework. The position drives sustained uplift in risk capability and behaviours through the ASX Accelerate and Risk Transformation Program while designing and embedding an enterprise risk capability architecture. The role involves partnering across the organisation to integrate development pathways into talent practices and measuring their impact to ensure sustained risk maturity.
