This highly visible role serves as the primary liaison between leadership and a global network to drive stakeholder alignment, foster collaboration, and support consistent implementation through effective communication and change management. The position offers exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to shape how risk and compliance programs are embedded across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end planning and implementation of enterprise risk and compliance assessment programs
Design future-state processes and deploy role-based training to drive global adoption
Track program KPIs and KRIs to deliver actionable insights and optimization recommendations
