Enterprise Risk Management Intern

First Merchants is seeking a motivated student for a 12-week paid summer internship within its Enterprise Risk Management department. The role involves supporting the team with day-to-day responsibilities and projects that contribute to departmental goals, including risk data analysis, issue remediation, and the responsible application of emerging technology. Interns will gain firsthand exposure to how a large bank makes risk-informed decisions and demonstrates effective risk management to executive leadership and regulators.
