Enterprise Risk Management

This role focuses on developing and maintaining the Club's Enterprise Risk Management Framework, including supporting the policy, manual, and Three Lines of Defence model. The position involves implementing the ERM framework through divisional rollout, facilitating workshops, and managing risk assessment and response processes. It also requires enhancing effectiveness through cross-functional collaboration and supporting team development initiatives.
