The Enterprise Sales Director at Semperis is responsible for driving sales growth within accounts of 2,000 to 8,000 users across the Central US, specifically in MN, IA, ND, SD, NE, and WI. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing accounts, managing leads through to closure, and achieving assigned growth goals through proactive prospecting and strategic territory planning. The ideal candidate should have over six years of experience in cybersecurity or identity sales and a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, along with expertise in Active Directory and Azure AD being an added advantage.
