Enterprise Strategy Director

The Enterprise Strategy Director serves as the lead in-house strategy advisor to a GuideWell business segment, partnering with leadership to solve complex enterprise problems and drive strategic growth. Operating as an internal engagement lead, the role owns discrete, time-bound engagements from framing the question to delivering decision-ready recommendations for senior leaders and the Board. This position involves building the Enterprise Strategy team from the ground up, developing talent, and establishing the team's engagement model and standards.
