Enterprise Strategy Director

The Enterprise Strategy Director serves as the lead in-house strategy advisor to a GuideWell business segment, partnering with leadership to solve complex enterprise problems. This role involves owning strategic engagements from start to finish, directing analyst teams, and delivering decision-ready recommendations to senior leaders and the Board. The position also focuses on building the Enterprise Strategy team from the ground up, establishing engagement models, and developing talent within the organization.
