Enterprise Strategy Principal

The Enterprise Strategy Principal leads end-to-end in-house strategy engagements for GuideWell, owning the problem scope, analytic approach, team management, and final recommendations. This role involves building and leading project teams, managing executive sponsor relationships, and delivering actionable roadmaps that drive strategic decisions. The position offers the opportunity to help build a new internal consulting group within a mission-driven healthcare organization.
