Enterprise Talent Strategy Leader

This role is responsible for shaping and progressively leading the organization's enterprise-wide talent strategy, with a primary focus on learning and development and talent acquisition. The position involves building scalable talent infrastructure, standardizing onboarding, expanding leadership development, and establishing a foundational recruiting capability to support organizational growth. As the function matures, the mandate may broaden to include succession planning, career development, and employee engagement.
